Everwell - Patient Handouts
These are some of the items I designed for patients of Everwell to receive. There is a booklet that details everything they need to know about he pharmacy, an offer to counsel with our pharmacists, and a tear-off pad they receive from their physician that helps them understand what to do to fill their prescription. The patient materials intentionally differ from the materials we give out to the physicians offices because they are primarily blue. I did this to help distinguish the materials internally.
